Our accelerating world puts us all at risk for stress that sometimes overwhelms. I offer several methods of changing the patterns of too much stress. Among them are self hypnosis for insomnia, deep tissue relaxation, EMDR, and Alpha Stim SCS.

We parent our children as we were parented. Finding new ways to reach and love our kids can sometimes challenge our value systems. I offer training in how to do that, learned when I was a single parent many years ago.
